Recipe from Marg

2 cups SR Flour
3/4 cup sugar
mace or nutmeg to taste
1 teaspoon salt, lemon essence ?? doesn't sound right for salt??

Heat 2 oz butter, 1 1/4 cups milk. Mix with dry ingredients

Topping
3 oz butter
pinch cinnamon or nutmeg
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup flour
