Recipe from Marg

MEAT(about one medium chicken), Marg used roast lamb leftovers etc.
2 large onions
1 green pepper, (Marg used carrots, beans) .. any preferred vege combo
2 oz butter
1 tablespoon curry powder
2 1/2 cups chicken stock
4 tablespoons flour
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 dessertspoon lemon juice

Cut meat into pieces.
Slice onions, chop veges.
Saute onions until transparent.
Add curry powder,flour and sugar.
Add to stock.
Season to taste with lemon juice,salt and pepper

Serve with rice and other veges.
